I Finally got around to setting up a Trac install on my DreamHost account. It was painfully easy once I found a nice script that has be done to do just this. You can find that here.
Suppose now that it is there I may as well use it. So I’ll use it for the development of this website and other stuff I’ll eventually have attached to it.

It has come to my attention that I have not done much with my blog since I put it online in 2006. It is now 2008 and I really have not achieved anything in terms of making my site more like my site rather than just another blog.
Maybe it has been becasue it was the end of university and the start of my career in programming. Whatever the reason I have decided that as of NOW I’m going to start to develop a custom CMS (content management system) with an application for Windows that will allow me to control and update my website from just about anywhere with or without internet connection. Big task you say… Well a number of people never thought I would have done it but recent events have made me think that maybe I should. So here it goes…
The project will be called “Voolium” and I will try to get the first stage of it online by the end of June. I’ll be placing the documentation for the project online for people to view but not the source code. Once it is complete I will decide then if I will release the source code to the public, until then it will remain in a closed state.
Well it has been quite a while since I last posted a post here on my blog. I suppose it has mostly been because I have been quite busy over the past 3 months.
During my studies at university I have had the chance to create a few programs that I have always wanted to develop for the sake of it. One of these programs was a network chat program. The project went one step further and had a white board space where users of the program could draw on an image and those drawings would be sent to all the clients connected to the chat server in real-time.
The people that know me, know that I’m a programmer at heart and I take pride in the stuff that I develop, or have been part of the development process.
Today, I found out that the Albert and Logan News (A local newspaper) published a story about the last project that I was part of, The Communities for Children e-Kiosk.
